Effort to get hemp charges dropped

LLN (5/20/19) – An effort is underway to get charges dropped against three truck drivers who were hauling industrial hemp through Idaho. Also, the betterment clause means insurance companies fix trucks up to their condition before an accident. Meanwhile, California seems to have a policy that essentially restricts trucks to the right lane. A bill to reform non-consensual towing looks likely to pass in Missouri. And we’ll cover some recent meetings OOIDA had in our nation’s capital.
