The case of the Chiong sisters' abduction and the murder of Marijoy Chiong would spark conversations and debates about the governmental overreach, controversial political influences, privilege, judicial misbehaviour and international intervention. The story is still seemingly not finished yet and it remains to be seen how this case will ultimately end in the face of all the conflicting interests and desires by the parties involved.
