Waco Habitat for Humanity is leading a new effort to develop the Carver Park neighborhood in East Waco. While it is collaborating with several other non-profits, one of the most important partners is the Carver Neighborhood Association and Carver Park residents themselves. This is the first in an ongoing series that will examine community development in Waco through Habitat for Humanity's Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative.
