Ep38: Managing your Energy

Certainly a lot has changed for the past three months, and because of the pandemic, there are many things proving to be beyond our control. This episode may be viewed as complementary to our previous episode on TIME MANAGEMENT, only this would be about ENERGY MANAGEMENT. As we spend more time at home, some activities have blurred altogether and time boundaries seem to fade (quite sadly, if I might add). Instead of focusing on things we can no longer control (time is something we can only manage), the point now is to refocus our energy and be able to control our reactions to things around us.

I hope you find this short episode insightful and useful to consider for your daily activities. I use some of these tips too, just so you know. ;)
