Ep13: What you can do to bounce back when you're feeling down

Hi guys!!  Again, a big THANK YOU to all our listeners and followers who've shared their answers to our question from EPISODE 12.  Thank you for celebrating with me as we reach quarter one of our podcast!  The work required for the past twelve weeks is no joke, as there are a lot of other things I needed to attend to.  But you guys keep me going, and I'm looking forward to quarter two and to whatever comes next!

So, we are now on our 13th episode and recently I've had my share of disappointments, stress and frustration.  And I know we all get this feeling from time to time.  We may have different ways of coping with such instances in our lives, but I just want to share with you some of the things I do to bounce back whenever I feel down.

There is no one perfect formula or solution to life's many problems, but how you approach the problem makes a ton of difference.  So, here's to hoping you maneuver through life's challenges with patience, faith, and grace. :)
