Many questions remain about the source of the meltwater and the details of massive Glacial Lake Agassiz. Relict flood channels with \\u201cmisfit\\u201d rivers are difficult to explain with gradualist principles, so attempts by Dury that had to include a paleo-river that was much larger than the modern flow were early indications of a flaw in the Uniformitarian model. Then RC considers Washington\\u2019s Palouse Hills as analogous to some of Jerome\\u2019s crescentic forms, and finally, shares photos of an impressive site in the Okanogan Valley.
