Kirsten clearly describes the inner inquiry tool ‘Levels of Mind’ and facilitates a retreat participant through upsetting issues she is experiencing in her relationship. Trying to solve issues by expecting someone else or the world to change is a distraction away from deep inner inquiry, from tracing inwards, where the deeper beliefs and desires can truly be seen and resolved.
