In addition to the traditional migration issues, President Trump has expressed his discontent with the current state of legal migration, which includes high-skilled workers. Elizabeth Salamanca, Mexico Center nonresident scholar and professor at the School of Business and Economics at Universidad de las Américas Puebla, talks about the reasons and consequences of high-skilled workers moving north.
