Apostle Paul often wrote to the different churches to encourage and remind them of God and his son Jesus Christ.In this case he is writing to the Jews who has changed from Judaism to Christianity. Things got rough and the Jews wanted to go back to Judasim where they did not have the same kind of Persecutions and Sufferings. Apostle Paul reminds them of what enduring persecutions and sufferings will give us in the end.
