In May 2021, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) reported a total of 96 suspected cases of yellow fever from 66 local government areas across 19 states in Nigeria including Plateau and Bauchi states.


Today on #HealthMatters, Zoe Machunga asked Dr. Katherine Igho, a Senior Consultant at John Hopkin's University, Centre for Communication Program Project (Breakthrough Action Nigeria) about the background, cause, and treatment of this fever.
