Tips for using Optimal Anxiety to our advantage :

• (1) Plan Ahead & Create Deadlines : At a macro level, planning for the weeks ahead is going to help us know what we’re supposed to be doing & when. It gives us a birds eye view of what to expect in the future.
• (2) Create a Rocks & Sand List : At a micro level, our rocks and sand list allows us to complete daily tasks efficiently. By separating our rocks, our top priorities, from our sand, our not so urgent tasks, we can prioritize which task to complete now and which to finish later.
• (3) Pick Up Where You Left Off : There will always be more work that needs to get done. Set realistic expectations for what you can do in the day ahead and stop when you feel you’ve given that 24 hours everything you’ve got. You can pick up right where you left off tomorrow.
