Do you ever stop to remind yourself that one day we all actually die? Does it scare you or make you anxious thinking about it? Or does thinking about death add this sensation inside you to start living your best life and to do the things YOU want to do?

I know it may not seem like the most glamorous / fun subject to talk about BUT when we come to grip acceptance that death is inevitable, it changes our perspective on the life we\\u2019re living today. With that being said\\u2026 today I want to dive how NOT being scared of death can & will help us make the best of every day!

Four Values To Live By That Will Help Us Live Our Best Life

• (1) Shoot Your Shot : Whether it be asking someone out, applying for the dream job, sending the cold email\\u2026 GO FOR IT! We\\u2019ve got nothing to lose & everything to gain.
• (2) Follow Your Interests : Whether it\\u2019s packing your bags & moving to that city you dreamed of, starting that passion project or starting a business\\u2026 you never know where something might take you UNLESS you go for it.
• (3) Ignore Their Opinion : If they\\u2019re sitting in the nosebleeds while you\\u2019re in the arena, do NOT listen to them! Everyone will have opinion, don\\u2019t let their two cents dictate how you live YOUR LIFE!
• (4) Deathbed Check : Whenever you\\u2019re at a crossroads unsure what to do next, ask yourself \\u201cFast forward to the day I\\u2019m on my deathbed, will I be happy with this decision?\\u201d if YES, go for it.
