When was the last time you marched straight towards your fears? Last week? A month ago? Maybe you can\\u2019t even remember? If something is of interest to you, do you look at it from the perspective of what you COULD learn or do you see it from a pessimistic lens and consider all the worst case scenarios? Does change scare you? Do you resist it because of the unknown or does it excite you?
Today I want to talk about how Seeking Discomfort in our life actually leads to growth. By attacking the opportunities that scare us the most, we set ourselves up for the most amount of growth. Seeking discomfort is our ticket to growth & living a life without regret.
