Have you ever been rejected after shooting your shot with someone you\\u2019re attracted to? Have you been left on read or got no reply when asking someone out? Have there been moments you question if there is something wrong with you because you can\\u2019t seem to find someone consistent?

Dating is like any area of our life, it takes time and effort in order to see any amount of progress. I can promise you one thing, there is nothing wrong with you it\\u2019s all just a numbers game. Don\\u2019t let rejection or not being able to find someone hold you back, if anything, let it fuel the fire within you to keep throwing yourself out there.

Four Reminders for The Dating Playbook

• Step 1 : There is no progress without effort so we must be willing to put in the reps in order to see any amount of progress. Mr or Mrs Wonderful won\\u2019t just come knocking on our door, we need to put ourselves in a position to meet them.
• Step 2 : It\\u2019s a numbers game, keep shooting your shot until something clicks. It doesn\\u2019t matter how many shots you\\u2019ve taken, just keep shooting.
• Step 3 : Rejection is inevitable. Use that energy to push you forward instead of it holding you back because at some point we will get the \\u201cyes\\u201d.
• Step 4 : Keep your head held high no matter how things play out because you at least trying is a massive step in the right direction in of itself.
