Today's mini-episode is about remembering to be intentional about your day while in quarantine, although once this is over, it should still apply tbh. It's very easy to lose sight of yourself when you don't know what day or time it is and it's easy to just go through the motions and feel numb. This episode is about reminding you to come back to yourself and be present.
