Why did we watch the first season of MTV\'s Scream series? That\'s a fair question, and the answer is that we are in our first Overkill series of episodes in which we watch all entries of a horror franchise and attempt to answer whether or not we are still in on this franchise or if at this point it is overkill. We have already discussed all of the movies so now we turn to the younger generation to see if kids who are growing up with Snapchat can faithfully continue this beloved franchise. We discuss the show\'s many departures, our thoughts on the killer reveal, and whether or not the Brandon James mythos is a worthy follow up to Ghostface. We also discuss how old these alleged high schoolers look, The OC, and pornography that is actually printed on paper.\\xa0
