It is the classic tale of man being approached by Satan and tricked into signing over his soul to the devil, the difference here is that Satan is sexy and really has a soft spot for the guy she is trying to trick into eternal damnation. The wishes all revolve around Elliot trying to make a woman he is stalking fall in love with him but they all have an unexpected twist that makes them less than ideal. In the end, Elliot realizes that wishing for things will not bring him happiness, he learns a few life lessons and finds romance with his new neighbor.
