Meredith is a Nashville native writer & nurse who is married to her highschool sweetheart. Her blog, The Other Half; real life that doesn’t make the highlight reel, was born from her passion to help women live healthy, happy & wholehearted lives physically, relationally & spiritually.  She writes about is about marriage, faith, health sharing her own story of freedom from an eating disorder.

When she’s not working in the ER, building a business or running down dreams with her husband, you’ll find them at the lake with their black lab Lady, traveling the world while fearlessly eating street food or dancing in kitchen at their home in East Nashville.
