Driven by her passion for leadership, she equips women to realize the leadership potential God placed inside of them so they can walk confidently in their purpose. As a certified coach with the John Maxwell Team, she develops everyday leaders through her You Are Called Leadership Course, Bible Studies, and Monthly Challenges. Yaritza has been married to her high school sweetheart for 22 years and is a mom to two handsome boys.
