The Hawaii County Charter Commission's Chair, Doug Adams, talked with Island Conversations host Sherry Bracken in March, 2019, about the process the Charter Commission was following, who was on the Charter Commission, why some specific amendments were proposed, and more.   The process is quite interesting!
