WJCT implemented the BXF gateway to improve reliability and increase efficiency, which goes hand in hand with our strategic effort to have operations staff manage the multiplatform use of our content. Being a beta site for the BXF gateway brought many technical hurdles, operational challenges and changing of traditional roles within the entire organization.
