In 1993, a few individuals decided to take a stance against corruption and created Transparency International. Now the leading global anti-corruption non-governmental organization, present in more than 100 countries, the movement works relentlessly to stir the world's collective conscience and bring about change. Frank Vogl, a co-founder of Transparency International, presents the key findings of his new book: 'Waging War on Corruption'. Fifteen years ago he came to Iowa to highlight the challenges before the new anti-corruption movement and now he returns with a message of surprising optimism.
