ICFRC: Apocalypse Never

Featured speaker Tad Daley, JD, PhD earned his M.Sc. in International Relations from the University of Southampton in England with a thesis on the effect of the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan on Moscow's broader foreign policy agenda. His J.D. was earned at the University of Illinois where he undertook coursework in Soviet and international law, and served two years as a research assistant on American nuclear doctrines. His PhD is in International Policy Analysis from the RAND Graduate School and the RAND/UCLA Center for Soviet Studies in California. Professor Daley has served as a Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Fellow, delivering speeches to more than 25 Rotary clubs in Great Britain and Ireland; as a Visiting Scholar at the UCLA Burkley Center for International Relations. He spent much of 2003-04 as Issues and Policy Director for the presidential campaign of Congressman Dennis Kucinich. Since 2007, he served as Peace and Disarmament Fellow in the Los Angeles office of IPPNW's American affiliate, Physicians for Social Responsibility. During all this time he has published numerous articles, delivered numerous speeches, and conducted numerous radio interviews.
