b'Several Invisalign cases will be presented ranging from a moderate to high degree of difficulty. Diagnostics, treatment planning, ClinCheck development, aligner delivery monitoring, finishing and retention will be discussed in detail. * Patient 1 (00:00 - 15:00) - Class I mild crowding with an omega shaped, constricted arch; periodontal condition is stable - corrected to set up restorative (replacement of fillings/crowns) * Patient 2 (15:00 - 29:30 ) - 26 year old patient with a minimal amount of crowding on the upper and moderate amount of crowding in the lower arch; edge-to-edge bite and upper lateral in crossbite but no facial or tooth pain; #20 is deciduous and retained; goal was to improve smile * Patient 3 - (29:30 - 41:00 ) - 10.5 year old patient presents with a thumb sucking issue. Patient has mixed dentition and a resulting open bite. * Patient 4 (49:00 - 53:00) - Teen patient presents with severe crowding, bilateral crossbite, several missing teeth, and constricted arch. * Patient 5 (1:00:00 - 1:13:00) - Patient has mild crowding, narrow archform and #7 is almost out of the arch. Dr. Miraglia utilized the PROPEL system, which is a procedure to add micro-osteoperforations to the arch, producing inflammation and reduce treatment time'
