In this episode, we sit back down with a Ukrainian American and discuss the course of events from Russia's annexation of Crimea in 2014 to the current conflict in Ukraine.

Based on the recommendations these are three ways you can help support Ukraine:

  1. Contact your government head, in the US, the White House at HTTP://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/ or call 202-456-1111 to push for more action
  2. Contact your local representatives to support Ukraine through legislation etc
  3. Donate to Charity and organizations that directly help Ukrainians
