David Zvi Kalman is a fellow at the Shalom Hartman Institute of North America, co-founder of Jewish Public Media, and owner of Print-O-Craft, an independent publisher of Jewish art books.He received his PhD in 2019 from the University of Pennsylvania with his dissertation entitled \\u201cUnequal Hours: The Jewish Reception of Timekeeping Technology from the Bible to the Twentieth Century.
