Coping Strategies:

  • Limit your time with the news and social media
  • Educate yourself on preventive measure from reliable sources
  • Stay connect to family and friends
  • Take care of yourself, your own health; exercise
  • Learn a new skill, hobby, do things you may have been "putting off"; distract yourself
  • Strong feelings will fade
  • Concern is normal, don't let fear drive anxiety to unhealthy levels
