Mountain climbing and trail hiking can be a very fulfilling way to spend a weekend. If there are not any mountains in your area, you can still get close to nature in a local hiking trail or neighborhood park. Enjoy some fresh air and listen to what nature has to share with you.

Lastly, the commotion that occurred at the federal capital on Jan. 6, 2021, was from what I have seen a coordinated and sanctioned demonstration that does more to widen the divide in this country than heal its wounds. Sadly, I think more division is on the horizon.
