This week Jade and Holly are breakdown \'Insecure\' Season 5 Episode 2 \'Growth, Okay?!\' Episode 1 was a great reintroduction of the characters, and where they left off following the end of Season 4. Episode 2 brings us to present day and kicks off the journey of Season 5. A year has gone by since their visit to Standford University and Issa and Molly are back to being the best of friends (thank God). The BLOcc is blowing up for Issa and Molly has seemingly found a balance between herself, her friendships and her job. Issa\'s business is thriving. However, she is having difficulty trying to satisfy her client and her sponsors for an event, and confides in an old friend for support. In the meantime, Molly considers reentering the dating scene. As they breakdown the episode, Jade and Holly talk about "dating" your friends, nurturing your friendships, plus more! And like Molly, they answer the question, "What is it like dating you?"
