Licensed professional counselor Andrea Horbrook-Walton, Liv, and NadiatheRose discuss the reality of being a minority in America, proper self-care, and how to have hard conversations with-our children about the climate in America right now. Andrea Horbrook-Walton is currently a doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has obtained her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which she received from Chicago State University in 2016. Andrea is a dual licensed professional counselor. She is also the executive assistant for Black Christian Influencers where she servers the kingdom through innovation and excellence. She has been featured on a local news station for her work in the community and supervises university students on mental health related issues. She is a clinical consultant for Christian leaders and Christian creatives helping the gifted maintain spiritual and mental wholeness.
