Starting Strong Illinois invites you to the fifth in a series of webinars on the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This webinar will provide information about Medicaid reforms presently in effect in Illinois, and how further implementation of the ACA will impact Medicaid. Illinois legislators approved legislation that made drastic cuts to Medicaid programs and services, with many of these changes effective July 1, 2012.
