b'Salam Kahil is the owner of the infamous La Charcuterie in Surrey, British Columbia. He is known for making both delicious sandwiches and telling some of the crudest stories imaginable. He is also incredibly charitable and has served as an advocate for homelessness throughout Vancouver with particular focus on the Downtown Eastside. In a world where so many feel isolated and invisible; Sal has dedicated his life to making individuals feel valued and important through his humor and generosity. He was also the central focus of the 2015 documentary "The Sandwich Nazi". Warning: this episode contains explicit and offensive content.
