Prior to that, he served as Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform from May 2016. He also previously served as the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport and Minister of State for European Affairs. Minister Donohoe was elected as a T.D. for Dublin Central in February 2011. He was a member of Seanad \\xc9ireann from 2007 to 2011.'
