How do we cope?

Whassup love tribe, welcome back to another dope episode of IIOYC! In this world we get so focused on talking about our problems, we neglect finding a solution. We wrote out five ways to start coping and finding a healthy balance when dealing with tough issues. We learn to cope by first finding out which area(s) we need to fix. Do we need "emotional coping" or "problem coping," or perhaps both?  Take a listen to figure out which coping skill you could incorporate into your daily lives.
