After clinching the No. 3 seed, the Golden State Warriors began the first round of the playoffs in the Western Conference at home for the first time at Chase Center against the No. 6 Denver Nuggets, starting the series with two wins! The bright lights of national television showed off 11 minutes of the “Pick Your Poison Lineup” – or whatever the moniker – consisting of Steph, Klay, Dray, Poole & Wiggs. Steph came back after being out a month from his foot injury to come off the bench as the unofficial 6th man to put up usual star numbers. And, Jordan Poole came in as a starter and put up numbers looking like the third Splash Brother. He led with 30 points in Game 1 and put his name on the GSW franchise map with Steph and Wilt. Steph led the Warriors in Game 2 coming off the bench again with restricted minutes as the reigning MVP, Nikola Jokic, got ejected.
