Alaina Trott is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Chesapeake Public School Division in Virginia. She is part of a team and school division that has been focused on equity for several years. This time in our world has put their values to the test and they are definitely in a better position than many to understand and deal with equity issues as they represent a major concern in the Covid-19 world.
