Boise City Council Member Pushes Measures To Protect Animals
Boise City Councilman TJ Thomson has decided not to run for re-election this year. For his last big project as an elected official in the city, he wants the city to pass new animal cruelty laws. He says Boise has to do something to protect animals because the state of Idaho has been lax.
