Hear me out, or don't: This was no easy episode; I had to take my own advice and encourage myself to be #loudenoughthefirsttime.\xa0\nAs you listen, you'll find out why.\xa0\nFirst, I am NOT the one to fight you to drop the pork chop! I don't fight, and I don't argue... that's not my ministry. However, I'm a nerd when it comes to documentaries, lectures, and interviews, and I love to share what I learn! Also, if you knew how many people ask me if I still eat eggs, and seafood or if I'm starving (obviously not-?\xbf?\xbf), then you'd know why I had to make this episode.\xa0\nSO much is misunderstood about veganism. So I decided that instead of raising MY blood pressure (which is very unhealthy : ), I should do my part and provide resources to anyone who wants to know more about veganism (even my already vegan fam out there!)\nIn this episode, I talk about some of the research and the benefits of a vegan/plant-based L i f e s t y l e. Now, I am not here for ANY foolishness (just a little if it's fun) so if you have Google-able questions, please, in #DrUmar's voice, look it up!\xa0\nThere are so many opportunities for us to live better and be better.
