We talk about those days where you just need to have a good cry, even if, sometimes, it\\u2019s over something silly (like Ashley\\u2019s smiley toes in middle school). Lauren talks about how hard it is to want to be a social person when you\\u2019re just so drained from living day-to-day and how all of that is made even worse with social anxiety. Then, Lauren gives us a lesson on the word nihilism. 

Naz suggests she and Ashley and Lauren go on a girls\\u2019 trip somewhere exciting to break things up, but it\\u2019s gotta be near a hospital for Lauren\\u2019s peace of mind, so maybe some kind of alligator-based adventure with Naz\\u2019s dad in Florida?
