This week, I bumped into Andrzej Ogonowski otherwise known as Oggy. Oggy has helped build one of the fastest growing startups in the Philippines. He is the Head of Product at GrowSari which is growing to be one of the biggest retail networks in the Philippines without owning any retail outlets. Simply put an Uber for Retailers.

We chat in detail in how GrowSari grew, its triumphs and shortcomings. He also shares some advice & tools he uses in business which you can also use in your own life. 

And as always, in true I bumped into style we go deep, where I ask him questions such as what would he do differently if he knew nobody would judge him, and how would he measure his life.
