Continuing with my efforts to show off a side of Salt Lake City that you might not be familiar with I am excited to introduce you to a brand new episode.

Episode 3 starts off with a conversation with the guys that are behind a brand new food truck that is about to hit the streets of Salt Lake City very soon that goes by the name, Off the Grid. We talk about how they met, how the idea was created, and what we can expect from them in the near future.

The episode ends with a conversation that I had with the new owners of City Dogs. We sat down at Salt Lake Roasting company in beautiful downtown Salt Lake City and discuss how they took over ownership of City Dogs, their menu, and how it is to be a local business owner in Salt Lake City.
