We had a great in depth conversation about Paul's stand up comedy career and how it evolved into what it is today. We also chat about the local comedy scene, the shows he has headlined outside of Utah, the two comedy albums he has already put out, the upcoming show he is headlining at Wiseguys West Valley where he will be recording his first comedy DVD. We also talk about how he is a co owner of the Green Bay Packers, some of his other interests outside of doing stand up, local eating spots he enjoys, and of course what he loves about living in Salt Lake City.
