Get Shift Done, founded by Patrick Brandt and Anurag Jain, is an organization that has created a concept to employ displaced workers within the hospitality industry due to the pandemic with the assistance of local nonprofits and food banks.  The mission quickly expanded and is now in 11 cities including Northwest Arkansas to help activate and stabilize local communities and economies.
