The Zone - short form

Here is "Finding the Zone" in short form, what you would actually do (at least three times per day!). Unless you are about to go to sleep, set your \\u201cmental timer\\u201d to however long you want to do it for, then press play. There is no ending in the recording - when you want to come back, shout to yourself, in your mind, \\u201cI deserve to be happy, healthy, and successful,\\u201d then bring yourself back and open your eyes.

None of this is sacred! If the expansion part doesn\'t work for you, omit it. You can also modify the mantra ("I live with a happy heart, a peaceful mind, and a playful spirit") though I recommend keeping the "playful spirit" part or its equivalent.
