Like me, you may be wondering how to make Black Lives Matter not just a social justice initiative, but something to live and breathe.

Processing the shock and anger since George Floyd's murder has been paralyzing. I reflected back to HOW I shifted and healed my own relationship with food and my body to guide me as I step forward. I share this with you, not to tell you what to do or how to feel, but instead, as one way to navigate racial injustice for yourself.
