What up dogs this week I\\u2019m joined by the Ryan Samson! Ry is well known in the local CrossFit and collegiate sports community as the man behind the camera from some of our favorite action pictures.

Ryan sat down with me to tell more of his story of growing up and always kind of being the quiet underdog. We talk being one of the most OG members at CrossFit King of Prussia (9 years in the game here), how he got started in photography and finally battling alcohol addiction with the help of his family and friends.

After a near fatal drinking episode Ryan checked into rehab and has been in recovery for the past two years. He shares with me his everyday battles and what recovery looks like for him.
