What up dogs! This week I\\u2019m joined by marissa oxenford physical therapist and owner of Redemption PT! We dove into her competitive gymnastics career that started at the age of four all the way through college. Marissa touched on the ups and downs of the sport she spent over half her life on including the perfect or failure mentality of it, the lack of conventional strength building applied in the sport and how it has affected her mindset and approach to goals of today. We also got into her introduction to CrossFit and how she found a new sense of drive and competition through that avenue.\\xa0
