This week I\\u2019m joined by former collegiate swimmers turned crossfitters Hannah Mcgee and Sean Finly Fordham university alumni , and Elizabeth Gaspari who swam at Penn State.\\xa0
We get into how they initially got into swimming with all three of them having much different introductions to the sport. From there we get into their decisions to continue the sport into college and developing their competitive side. Like many life long athletes they discovered CrossFit as a way to continue that competitive drive and it continues to challenge them in ways past sports never have.
