1. You must have firm intention and determination to become a new you. 

 know its possible 

 repeat it to yourself  

find others who have managed to achieve what you want 

 continue to place your hope for a better future in your meditation practice 

 sitting still,   eliminate sensory input 

 slow down breathing  

from this depth, begin re-building the life you want to live  

thoughts create reality 

 change your thoughts    


2. Rise above all contradicting thoughts and do it.

  guided,  music,  do it daily,  keep a journal write your thoughts 


 3. practice  you will get better, 

  no meditation is a bad meditation 

 keep on trying 

 never give up,  if you fall off, get back on and move forward!
