Crazily this is often labelled as a medical condition but it is in fact a very normal transition that all women experience as they transform from their fertile years across to being the wisdom keeper. Unfortunately though women and maybe you too have been indoctrinated about the process and particularly with old dieting and workout myths that are just contributing to hammering your adrenals, ovaries and your brain - you have to know how to debunk the old beliefs, eat and workout in accordance with your unique context.

  • Choosing the right workout routine: cardio or resistance training
  • Nutrition that supports menopausal symptoms and hormonal transition
